Freshness and intensity in equal measure, with golden glints interwoven with straw.
Varietal aromas of stone fruit — loquat, apricot — and apple.
A friendly entry on the palate; long, very long, mineral, with a powerful finish.
Grapes selected by hand from terraced vineyards in one of the best winegrowing areas of the district.

Winemaking

Controlled fermentation in new French and Hungarian oak barrels, with weekly pumping-over of the lees, achieving greater unctuousness and aromatic complexity, gently interwoven with the oak and leaving a touch of fine patisserie.
