Description

We select the best Mencía grapes from our plots of 30- to 70-year-old vines. Fermentation is controlled at 21ºC in steel tanks, followed by 4 months’ barrel ageing.

Tasting note

Deep, intense cherry red.
Aromas of red fruit (blackberry, redcurrant and blueberry) and fresh herbaceous notes.
Well structured, with generous fruit, freshness, noble tannins and a clean finish.

Alcohol content 13.5%. Vintage 2019. Production 12,000 bottles.
