Variety

90% Mencía with a contribution of Garnacha grapes.

Vineyards

This wine is made from a selection of grapes from vineyards on the slopes of Sampayo, Seadur, Villamartin, Petín and A Rúa.
These are yield-controlled vines, ensuring the fruit ripens properly.

Winemaking

Controlled fermentation at 21ºC in stainless-steel tanks, where the wine rested for a minimum of 3 months. Barrel ageing for 4 months.

Tasting note

Deep, intense cherry red.
Aromas of red fruit (blackberry, redcurrant and blueberry) and fresh herbaceous notes.
Well structured, with generous fruit, freshness, noble tannins and a clean finish.
